Just in time for family gatherings and holiday gift giving, we are thrilled to offer this limited edition coffee.  This naturally processed Catisic coffee is grown at high elevation in the mountains of south-eastern Guatemala. A slow developing varietal, it is expertly farmed by José Gómez and family, and harvested later in the season.  It is then transported to lower elevations for drying and processing.

This beautiful coffee presents a unique flavor profile brimming with notes of apricot, and papaya with a fragrance of smokey balsamic reduction. A mouthwatering delight.
