SUPER LIMITED Mocca

Offered in small-format, 150 g bags. This Guatemalan heirloom varietal (sometimes spelled Moka) from Finca Vista Hermosa is grown only at the highest elevations in tiny amounts, and hand picked at peak ripeness, with each crop yielding only a few kilograms per harvest. Mocca is often compared favorably to its more famous and equally fickle cousin, Gesha (which often demands the highest prices of any coffee at auction). It produces tiny, dense, and flavorful coffee cherries that result in coffee beans so small they resemble french lentils when still green. We find notes of cinnamon, caramel and baked apple pie.  A dreamy coffee for special occasions. There's only 15 kilos of this coffee and we expect it won't last long so if you're interested, give it a go.
